President Clinton and his dog, Buddy. Bill Clinton Prediction

by Dr. Keith Rudell

Recently, I reread Predictions for a New Millennium by Noel Tyl (Llewellyn Publications 1996) a well-known astrologer and writer of an impressive list of books and articles. He predicts that Bill Clinton will not finish his term in office. "The signature for a president not finishing his term in office is about to occur again... there is extreme danger...the time period is October 1997 to June 1998."
For two days I meditated on Tyl's prediction. I wondered what the I Ching would predict for the president.

An article about Bill Clinton and his new dog "Buddy" signaled my intuition to use Master Shao's (1100 A.D.) Plum Blossom Method to divine the president's destiny and fate. (Destiny is your natural potential and fate that which distracts you from your natural potential.) President Clinton was asked by reporters if his cat Socks and his new dog Buddy were fighting. The President replied, "I'm trying to work that out. It's going to take a while." I transformed the words of Clinton into numbers and applied Master Shao's Plum Blossom formula. Kua (hexagram) #31 Xian (Natural Influence) with line #3 changing was obtained. Xian is also called the kua of "wooing" – something Bill Clinton has mixed success with. Xian is generally a favorable kua for politics and military tactics. Since the lower trigram of Mountain contains the moving line it is the trigram of fate and the upper trigram Lake is the President's destiny.

Applying 5-element analysis to these trigrams we find that earth (fate) promotes metal (destiny) which indicates that Bill Clinton is living his natural destiny.
So far Bill Clinton is doing a good job of living his natural potential as a president and is unlikely to removed from office. Line 3 however is critical of Clinton for allowing himself to be overly influenced by others. He should return to his own natural instincts when it concerns political and military danger and not allow some of his less experienced advisors to influence him.

When the third line of Xian changes from yang to yin a new kua called Cai #45 (Gathering Together) is created. Cai is a Sunday brunch with friends near a lake full of fat carp. Little danger there. Perhaps a good place for wooing. Whether you agree or disagree with the president he is definitely a winner and deserves admiration for his political savvy. More importantl, Bill Clinton is doing a good job of being the natural Bill Clinton.

Prediction:   President Bill Clinton safely completes his term in office.
