Meditation is a state or a way of being. It is not a form. You do not have to be or get into a particular physical form to meditate. First, just get comfortable, relax, and trust what comes. Relaxing and experiencing what comes helps open your heart. Opening the heart connects you to goodness and divine, which helps you take in love, joy, peace, and compassion. You can learn to integrate meditation into your daily activities, such as waking up in the morning, taking a shower, brushing your teeth, sitting in rush hour traffic, working, going to meetings, cooking, cleaning, playing, going to social or volunteer events, dancing, making love, and whatever you do throughout the day.
| When you are aware and integrate love, joy, peace, and compassion in your daily activities, then every activity becomes meditation! So the answer to “How do you meditate?” question is simply “by living.” If you are new to meditation, we’ll introduce a breathing form and a thought form to enhance your daily activity. If you know meditation modalities like Yoga, Tai Chi or Qigong, Reiki, or other meditation forms already, you can incorporate what we share into your techniques. You do not have to change anything if you do not wish to. It’s your choice. |

Foundations of energy healing and energy emission are used for self healing and distance healing (healing of others and planet Earth) techniques. Both techniques are based on breath and thought foundations. Breath as a Foundation The first foundation of meditation is breath. You breathe 24 hours a day. If you don’t breathe for a few minutes, your body shuts down and dies. It’s important to recognize your unique connection with the Divine through your breath. Once you recognize it, then you can integrate, practice, and enhance your connection to divine 24/7. Thought as a Foundation The second foundation of meditation is thought. You think 24/7. Whether you are asleep or awake, your mind, your brain is busy processing. Creator created the brain to serve you. It did not create you to serve your brain. When you accept and realize your brain is here to serve you, you manage and direct your thoughts. |

| You assist your brain by planting a good thought, deciding how long to think about it, improving the quality of that thought, and acknowledging the impact of the thought on your physical body, emotional body, and spiritual body. Opening the Heart Your heart is the seat of your soul and your unique connection to Divine intelligence, love, joy, peace, and compassion. Set your intention to open your heart. Opening of the heart has no limits. A heart, as open as it may be, can always be more open. If you imagine the heart to be connected to goodness by a wire, then the objective is to reduce the static in the wire as much as possible. The quality of this connection can be improved until it's perfect. Nothing is one hundred percent pure or perfect. So there is always room for improvement. So how do you open your heart? Use a phrase similar to the one below. It is a starting point to opening the heart and maintaining focus. You may use it as is or change it as you like. “I am a child of Light living on Earth serving the Divine, myself, and everyone I come in contact with. I set and synchronize my intentions with Divine intentions at the highest level and allow healing energy, love, joy, peace, and compassion to enter my heart. I trust in goodness and accept my destiny and I filter every thought, emotion, and challenge through this lens of love, joy, peace, and compassion.” Let’s Meditate Now is a good time to start a meditation. Let’s get started. | |

There is no mystery or complexity to meditation. Do as your heart guides you to do and adjust as you move forward. The key is to practice meditation, not frustration. For more articles on meditation:
